Maybe it could be useful. How to handle spam? When a user is without doubts a spammer, we should engage infra team in order to disable the FAS user? Who can flag posts? Who decides if a flagged post should be deleted?
This is cover in discourse moderation Guide:

Regards.,
Sounds good, please go ahead.
Could someone please keep an eye on this too? https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/docs-fp-o/issue/111
Right. BTW my concerns are also related to the FAS account. If the user is used to spam content on Discourse, we can silence or/and suspend it on Discourse itself. But what about the FAS account? We have to report that to the infra team?
Yes, we do have to tell infra.
It works in stages: if they spam askfedora, we limit it there. If they continue to spam other fedora channels, then we tell infra and they block the account.
@alciregi @hhlp --- I merged this now:
https://pagure.io/Ask-Fedora-SOP-docs/blob/master/f/modules/ROOT/pages/spam.adoc
Is that OK to close this now?
+1 for close this issue
