Bug Description:
DirSrv.list drops all occurrences of 'slapd-' within a serverid
rendering names containing it damaged.

Fix Description:
Remove only the first occurrence of 'slapd-' in the serverid, which is
the prefix that is expected to be removed.

FTR: Trying to constrain the DirSrv.list(serverid) turned out to break other parts of lib389, therefore I'm limiting the patch to a oneliner that just fixes the issue as described.

Ack from me too
