Added test case to check if CleanAllRUV task didn't crash during server shutdown.

This code is not in a mergeable state yet.
I need review, if my steps are correct, because it is a timing issue to reproduce the bug.

No need to test replication

You could just stop M2 instead of changing the M1 agreement host. The effect is the same, and you will save time by not doing an ldap mod, and not restarting M2
