#51188 db2ldif crashes when LDIF file can't be accessed

Issue Description

db2ldif crashes when we set '-a LDIF_PATH' to a place that can't be accessed by the user (dirsrv by default)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run:

    db2ldif -Z localhost -s "dc=example,dc=com" -a /root/db.ldif

Actual results

Exported ldif file: /root/db.ldif

/usr/sbin/db2ldif: line 170: 13355 Segmentation fault (core dumped) /usr/sbin/ns-slapd db2ldif -D /etc/dirsrv/slapd-localhost -s "dc=example,dc=com" -a /root/db.ldif

Expected results

It should report an error and it should not crash
