A while ago we merged svrcore into 389-ds-base since basically no one used it except us. However, mozldap-devel still depends on svrcore-devel. Mozldap is supposed to go away in Fedora, so once this happens we should cease from providing svrcore-devel (e.g. drop svrcore.pc file).

I very much agree here. It's been great to have it rolled into our codebase, and it's good to see us house keeping to clean things up.
389-ds-base is moving from Pagure to Github. This means that new issues and pull requests will be accepted only in 389-ds-base's github repository.
