#506 investigate XFS/btrfs for db files

see if XFS or btrfs would provide better performance for db files/transaction logs than ext3/ext4

I think that we don't need this, because we already run on xfs now and it's fine. BTRFS we'll need to set no cow xattrs on db files, but btrfs is kinda dead in the water, so I don't think we need to worry about this til it happens.
