Currently we use red/yellow/green color codes for replication status, but that's not colorblind friendly color scheme, especially for those with deuteranopia or protanopia. To see how that looks, please check out http://www.color-blindness.com/coblis-color-blindness-simulator/
Instead we can use different color scheme and different shape for good/bad status like :heavy_check_mark: or :x:.
