For quite a while MozLDAP bindings have not been taken care of, as we do support only OpenLDAP library now. Building without OpenLDAP is not possible.

The code contains a lot of conditionals to behave differently for each, MozLDAP and OpenLDAP.
No USE_OPENLDAP conditionals are in the code, no superfluous symbol redefinitions for MozLDAP compatibility are in the code, and ensured inability to change to build with MozLDAP.
