Issue Description

389-ds-base and python3-lib389 ship the following common files:

/usr/sbin/dsconf
/usr/sbin/dscreate
/usr/sbin/dsctl
/usr/sbin/dsidm

Package Version and Platform

389-ds-base-0:1.4.0.8-1.fc28.x86_64
python3-lib389-0:1.4.0.8-1.fc28.noarch

Steps to reproduce

Run rpm -ql on both packages and compare the results.

Actual results

Both packages provide the aforementioned files.

Expected results

For each file, only one package should provide it.

This is only a downstream SPEC file issue in Fedora, reported as a part of bug 1573483. Closing as INVALID.
