At the moment we can install with python, but have to use the perl tools to remove.
We need to complete two things for us to be able to remove in python.
First, is that ds_paths needs to work in offline mode by processing dse.ldif rather than online queries.
Second, is that we then need to identify the list of paths that need removal, and to remove them.
