We don't need to install libtool archives on make install. They are not used, and provide pkgconfig files, so lets avoid installing this.
I've been doing some research, and this isn't possible. We should remove them from the rpm spec however, and contact the gentoo project to remove the .la during the ebuild. Autotools has to create these, and they are important!
