#48410 Unable to remove / unregister a DS instance from admin server

Description of problem:

Removal of DS instance doesn't remove the instance from the console and prints
out empty error:

# ds_removal -s <instance> -w <password>
Error:

Instance has been removed but it still shows up in the console.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Latest RHDS10

How reproducible:
* Setup multiple DS instances registered to an admin server
* Delete one instance:
  # ds_removal -s <instance> -w <password>

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Instance has been removed but still shows up in console.

Expected results:
Instance has been removed completely.

Additional info:
I have observed the same issue when trying to unregister an instance using
ds_unregister.
