LastLogon change on AD is not synchronized to DS by itself.
This is a note from Microsoft forum:
The DirSync control taps into the replication stream to get the necessary changes. Since lastLogon is not replicated, it isn't available via the DirSync control.
Additional notes:
The lastLogon attribute is not replicated. In contrast the lastLogontimeStamp attribute is replicated.
So, most likely, we have to replace lastLogon with lastLogonTimeStamp. (so is lastLogoff/lastLogofftimestamp.)
git patch file (master) 0001-Ticket-48232-winsync-lastlogon-attribute-not-syncing.patch
Ack
Does that use the same format as lastLogon? If not, there may be syntax and console changes required.

Thank you, Rich! Luckily, the format looks identical. {{{ dn: CN=ou0_user1,OU=OU0,DC=test,DC=example,DC=com lastLogon: 130826658763641736 lastLogonTimestamp: 130826658763641736 }}}
