Ticket was cloned from Red Hat Bugzilla (product Red Hat Directory Server): Bug 1241563
Please note that this Bug is private and may not be accessible as it contains confidential Red Hat customer information.
Description of problem: The "repl-monitor" web page appears, but has a malformed time stamp displayed in the page header (upper left corner); like, it shows "Mon Jun 17:12:03 1" - i.e., the format is "Day Mon(th) HH:MM:SS date" rather than the apparent intent of "Day Mon(th) date year HH:MM:SS". Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHDS-9.1 How reproducible: Always. Additional info: The computation of the value "$now" in lines 265-267 under file /usr/bin/repl-monitor.pl appears to be the source of this problem.
An interesting input from the reporter:
Since submitting opening this bug, Customer have noticed a pattern in that, the malformed timestamp issue only happens on the first 9 days of the month (days 01-09); from the 10th to the end of each month, the displayed date reverts to the expected format of "Day Mon(th) date year HH:MM:SS".
