Description of problem: Console doesnt have option to specify caseIgnoreSubstringsMatch in drop-down list of matching rules in the Edit or Create attribute popup windows. How reproducible: 100%
The matching rule syntax's are defined in the ldapjdk, not in the ds console.
Actually ldapjdk loads the schema entry from the ldap connection. In my testing I have this matching rules, and I see them in the console. Works for me.
