Description of problem: While testing -ve test case for Auto-membership, I found that no validation has put for the attributes of Automembership plugin : For Example : ========= dn: cn=Users13,cn=Auto Membership Plugin,cn=plugins,cn=config changetype: add objectclass: autoMemberDefinition autoMemberScope: dc=dummy,dc=com autoMemberFilter: objectclass==dummy autoMemberDefaultGroup: cn=a12,ou=people,dc=dum,dc=com autoMemberGroupingAttr: member:dummy [root@snmaptest automembership]# ldapmodify -x -h localhost -p 389 -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w Secret123 -f sample.ldif adding new entry "cn=Users13,cn=Auto Membership Plugin,cn=plugins,cn=config" 1. No check for the autoMemberScope and autoMemberGroupingAttr and autoMemberFilter and autoMemberDefaultGroup? Is it as per design and I should not be testing these attributes with -ve values for validation? Thanks and Regards, Amita
