Ticket #24 - Add nsTLS1 to the DS schema
    
    Bug Description:  In ssl.c we use the attribute nsTLS1, but it's not defined in the schema
    
    Fix Description:  Create the attribute and add it to the nsEncryptionConfig objectclass
