Ticket 47368 - Fix Jenkins errors
    
    Removed some unused variables, fixed a memory leak when removing
    a nsds4AgmtMaxCSN value, and fixed a bug where if you deleted one
    agmt, it would remove all the nsds5AgmtMaxCSN attributes.
