    Ticket 49808 - Add option to add backend to dscreate
    
    Description:  Added new directives to the inf file to create multiple
                  backends.  Also update the UI for the new options.
    
                  Also, changed some all the inf options to be optional
                  except for the rootdn password.
    
                  Did some other minor code cleanup
