Ticket 175 - logconv.pl improvements
    
    Bug Description:  Original bug was to provide per second/minute stats for
                      CSV reports.
    
    Fix Description:  Added the requested RFE, but also did some code cleanup,
                      and added some new stats, and improvements:
    
    			Added stats for compare, mod dn, and proxied auth operations
    			Added stat for the length of time of the log processing
    			Improved the file handling
    			Improved output
    			Added per second and per minute stats for the the basic op types
