Ticket 216 - disable replication agreements
    
    Bug Description:  Objectclass violation when trying to add "nsds5ReplicaEnabled"
                      to a winSync agmt.
    
    Fix Description:  Add this attribute to the "MAY" list for objectclass: nsDSWindowsReplicationAgreement
