Ticket #315 - ns-slapd exits/crashes if /var fills up
    
    Bug Description:  Once /var fills up the DS will crash.
    
    Fix Description:  Created a new feature to monitor the disk space used by DS.
                      Once the available disk space gets critical we shutdown
                      the process.
