    Description:
    Special thanks to Mitchell Berger (mitchb@mit.edu) who found
    out the issue and provided a patch.  This commit applys his
    patch with a few modifications: removing an unnecessary file
    name copy; calling PR_Delete if previous BDB dbremove fails.
