Rename adminutil to 389-adminutil
    adminutil is too generic a name, and it is only used by the 389 project
    so it should properly be called 389-adminutil
    This includes the pkgconfig file, which is now called 389-adminutil.pc
    Packages that use this package will need to use
     pkg-config --libs 389-adminutil
    This also includes the data dir, which by default will be called
     /usr/share/389-adminutil
    NOTE: the libraries and include directories are still called
    libadminutil and libadmsslutil
