Would it be possible to add epel-rpm-macros to ELN Next so we can continuously develop epel-rpm-macros and prepare for the next EPEL major release? I guess we'd need an eln branch for this and to add a epel-rpm-macros workflow to content-resolver?

Is there a reason we wouldn't put it in regular Fedora instead of ELN exclusive?
(That's a legitimate question, not trying to be sarcastic. But each time I read it, it sounds sarcastic to me.)
We can't put it in regular Fedora; it would conflict with redhat-rpm-config.
There was discussion on this topic in the last ELN meeting. Different package, but same topic. I believe the answer is yes, but they have to do something so it still builds on eln-next, but doesn't accidentally get sucked into Rawhide.
